These shoes received accolades from my daughters. I think I might call them my "Cinderella shoes". . .both girls were anxiously waiting their turn to see if their foot would fit.
There is a hedge a block long that separates the "don't even think about stopping here" lane and the "run for your shuttle" lane at San Diego Int'l Airport. The hedge is covered with these interesting pom-pom flowers. They are so unusual looking (at least to me) that I kept touching them. . . .until I finally pulled out my camera and took a picture. . .while my husband patiently balanced our luggage.
I was honoring my daily procrastination practice. . .because reading blogs is so much more fun that cleaning house or doing laundry, and I saw these. . . if I didn't already have more glassware than I could ever possibly use in a lifetime, I would hit the "purchase" button in a heartbeat. You can find them by the pool at www.fisheddy.com
